Ground Floor
The ground floor has wide spaces and a separate entrance for those who want extra privacy. It features a small seating area with a 60” smart TV, a double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, a small kitchen, a sauna, a laundry room, and two comfortable sofa beds. The private garage is also located on this floor.
First Floor
The first floor features a living room with a comfortable couch, a 60” Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table that seats 8 people, and a fireplace for a romantic touch for those who want to visit us during winter.
Second Floor
The second floor features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a second bedroom with a queen-size bed. Both share spectacular views even from the bed area.

This part of the Villa features stunning panoramic vistas of the Saronic Gulf, Aegina Island and other islets sprinkled across the horizon, forming a spectacular setting for the most photogenic sunsets. *All external surrounding areas are monitored by a CCTV system in order to ensure the property’s and guests’ safety.
▪Check-out must be completed by 11:00am and Check-in is set past 15:00pm.
▪ Bed linen and towels are provided. It is strictly prohibited to be taken from the property.
▪ Disposal supplies like toilet paper, shampoo, soap, shower gels are provided.
▪ Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate, but can be arranged upon request and with an extra charge.
▪Minimum stay: 3 nights
▪ Pets are not allowed.
▪ Smoking is allowed STRICTLY outside. It is strictly prohibited in all the internal areas.
▪Unregistered guests are not allowed in the property at all times, even for a casual visit, and parties and gatherings are STRICTLY forbidden.
▪ The property is allotted solely for stays. Photoshoots, filming of any kind, events etc. as well as reproduction, publication of the property on the social media or any other kind of mass media is strictly forbidden and prosecuted by law.
▪ All appliances must be used for their designated purpose.
▪ Furnishings are subject to change without notice. Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, utensils, bed linen, towels or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be taken out or transferred from one location to another. Relocation or loss of the items, as well as damage to the PROPERTY or its furnishings, in excess of normal wear, will be charged to the GUEST.
▪ The quiet hours must be respected at all times. Guests must not create excessive noise at a level that might disturb the neighbourhood between 15:00pm – 17:00pm and 22:00pm – 07:30am.
