First Floor & Upper-Level Terrace
Entering the house, one first encounters a spacious living-room with a fireplace, the dining area, a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, and a guest toilet. The floor provides immediate access to the upper-level terrace and breath-taking views of the sea from the dining area and the living-room.
The upper-level terrace forms an extension of the main living room featuring a covered area with a cocooned lounge and a dining area with entertaining facilities such as a beautiful bar and BBQ corner. Just in front of the covered area is the sun-drenched pool and outdoor deck with sunbeds, all overlooking the city of Mykonos and the little island of Baos with the picturesque chapel of St. George.
Ground Floor & Lower-Level Terrace
De-escalating to the ground floor there is another comfortable living-room ideal for cozy movie nights and a guest toilet. The floor also features three spacious master bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom and a kitchenette each.
All bedrooms have individual access to the lower-level terrace, which offers a more secluded and relaxed experience with direct access to the curated gardens. The terrace features a patio lounge and a dining area.
*All external surrounding areas are monitored by a CCTV system in order to ensure the property’s and guests’ safety.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00am and Check-in is set past 15:00pm.
â–Ş Bed linen and towels are provided. It is strictly prohibited to be taken from the property.
â–Ş Disposal supplies like toilet paper, shampoo, soap, shower gels are provided.
â–Ş Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate, but can be arranged upon request and with an extra charge.

â–Ş Pets are not allowed.
â–Ş Smoking is allowed STRICTLY outside. It is strictly prohibited in all the internal areas.
â–ŞUnregistered guests are not allowed in the property at all times, even for a casual visit, and parties and gatherings are STRICTLY forbidden.
â–Ş The property is allotted solely for stays. Photoshoots, filming of any kind, events etc. as well as reproduction, publication of the property on the social media or any other kind of mass media is strictly forbidden and prosecuted by law.
â–Ş All appliances must be used for their designated purpose.
â–Ş Furnishings are subject to change without notice. Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, utensils, bed linen, towels or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be taken out or transferred from one location to another. Relocation or loss of the items, as well as damage to the PROPERTY or its furnishings, in excess of normal wear, will be charged to the GUEST.
▪ The quiet hours must be respected at all times. Guests must not create excessive noise at a level that might disturb the neighbourhood between 15:00pm – 17:00pm and 22:00pm – 07:30am.
