CANCELLATION POLICY for confirmed bookings for Daily Cruises:

-Booking cancelled more than 75 days before embarkation: 20% of the total charter fee.
-Booking cancelled between 74 & 31 days before embarkation: 50% of the total charter fee.
-Booking cancelled less than 30 days before embarkation: 100% of the total charter fee.
-If the boat is re-booked for the same period, the cancellation fees will be refunded. Dossier expenses will be charged at € 150.
-A 20% deposit is required within 7 days of the booking confirmation.
-A 30% deposit is required 60 days after the first advance payment.
-The remaining balance of 50% is required 30 days prior to departure for our bank account.
-For bookings less than 30 days the Total charter amount should be paid.

CANCELLATION POLICY for Accommodation:

In order to proceed with a booking, a down payment of at least 40% of the total amount has to be deposited in advance and valid credit card credentials are required to confirm your booking. If the deposit is not received within 72 hours, we reserve our right to accept another deposit without further notice and to cancel the booking. By paying a deposit amount you have agreed to our terms and conditions.
-A full refund of the cancelled booking is also an option, if the cancellation was made at least 30 days prior to the arrival, and only in the case of refundable prices. If the down payment was sent based on a non-refundable price list, then this policy is not active.
-If any kind of payment for reservations is cancelled at any time before arrival, the amount could be refunded in the form of a Credit Voucher that will be valid for one year from the cancellation date.
-Or if the accommodation is re-booked for the same period, the cancellation fees will be refunded. Dossier expenses will be charged at € 200.
-Or the total booking fee will be applied.
